Qualifications
In addition to qualifications highlighted in the various sections of this website. Springbank has the following qualifications:
- "Lennox Service Alliance
Partner". Our technicians have been trained
by Lennox to ensure they service your equipment properly
and safely. The Service Alliance designation provides
for various benefits such as pricing discounts and access
to all technical and maintenance information for these
products. Springbank Mechanical is qualified to trouble
shoot and perform startup, commissioning and service
work on all Lennox Commercial Products.
- Lennox “L” Connection
(EMS) and the Lennox
“Sectra” and “Premier” Zoning
Systems. Springbank has a high level
of expertise with Lennox products, as we have been factory
trained to install and service all of these product
lines.
- Carrier, York and Trane Commercial Dealer Technicians have received training from these manufacturers to service their equipment and received various levels of certification allowing us to apply specific expertise to these products. In addition to technician testing Springbank has online access to all service, technical and maintenance information for these products.
- Quality Assessed Contractor
designation from Technical
Safety Standards Authority (TSSA) including
being subject to an independent annual review focusing
on our ability to service, repair or replace gas-fired
equipment as well as our internal controls and documented
procedures. This helps us add value to clients by reducing
risk/liability and improving safety for their employees
when operating this equipment. It also ensures that
the quality of workmanship our customers receive will
be well above the industry standard. Our TSSA Contractors
Registration Number is #0076492388.
- Technical
Safety Standards Authority (TSSA). We
are registered with TSSA to service, repair or replace
gas-fired equipment. The training and certification
provided by TSSA helps us to add value to our clients
by reducing their risk/liability and improving safety
for their employees. It also ensures that the quality
of workmanship our customers receive will be well above
the industry standard. Our TSSA Contractors Registration
Number is #0076492388. TSSA also has a mandate under
the Boilers and Pressure Vessels Act, to ensure that
all contractors and their technicians who are installing,
repairing or altering refrigeration piping systems are
certified. All our technicians have be tested and certified
as welders and the company has been registered with
TSSA.
- Springbank has an excellent Safety Training Program for its
employees,
consisting of preset internal programs and we also use outside training
providers for specialty areas. We are in our third year of participation in the
ORAC/HRAI Safety Group Program, which is administrated by WSIB.
